Approachable and friendly it's essential you have advanced Word, proficiency using PowerPoint and strong diary management skills. Fast accurate copy and audio typing expected. Tasked with building/maintaining strong relationships with clients you will be responsible for full diary management - aware of partner movements at all times, arrange meetings/lunches/dinners, organise room bookings, catering, room set-ups, videoconferencing etc., prepare for meetings and note take, remind partners of meeting attendance and pre-empt needs for meetings - e.g. ensuring travel, paperwork, attendee lists, reports, files, pre meets etc, organise travel and itineraries (both domestic and international), co-ordinate events (internal and external), including seminars, conferences, networking evenings and corporate hospitality, general office administration +++. You will need to be security cleared, if you are not already.
