Managing the Receptionist/Administrator you must be mature in attitude, flexible, down to earth and on the ball. The environment is financial services which is very focused and can be quite high stress at times so someone calm, self motivated and able to work on their own initiative, manage their time well and prioritise, will fit in well. Absolutely vital that your key skills are organisation and being one step ahead.
