Description	International Aid organisation in SW9 seeks creative and inspiring manager to LEAD an effective Media and PR team. Securing good quality ongoing coverage and providing strategic support and advice to the organisation as it seeks to raise its profile within the media. Managing a team of 7 you MUST have previous experience leading a team. A senior media or PR professional with a track record of media or PR work or journalism you must have a proven ability to explore and implement new ideas. Committed to using the media to help improve the lives of the poorest people in the world it would be advantageous if you have experience working with volunteers. Acting as a spokesperson and undertaking occasional overseas travel to research stories or lead a media visit. It is essential you can maintain contacts with key journalists and motivate and lead an experienced team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a given. Start ASAP.
