Description Assistant to Operations Manager now sought by IFA in W1, with lots of celebrity and high profile clients. A super star administrator you will provide high quality administration support, HR assistance, establish and maintain relationships with service providers, provide IT support, manage the database, set up new users, fix problems and deal with regulators. This is an all encompassing and varied role which requires a trustworthy individual who can deal with critical confidential information. Word and Excel essential as is ability to problem solve and liaise with people at director level confidently. Positive, incredibly organised, down to earth and hard working you will be enthusiastic, hands on and have strong organisational skills and high personal standards.
