Description Experienced Office Manager/EA now sought by successful global business with London office near Heathrow. Providing Senior PA support to the global senior management team and other team members you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the London office, additionally providing marketing and HR administration. Interacting with all levels of the organisation including executive and key international contacts the role will suit someone who works well in a demanding environment where things can change at a moments notice. Adaptable and proactive you need to be outgoing and driven with good PowerPoint in addition to Word and Excel. This is a fun, easygoing environment where lots will be thrown at you and where you will be required to take the lead and “take the noise away” from the MD. Strong interpersonal skills, planning and organising and outstanding customer relationship management vital as is the ability to work closely with the Managing Director and international team, providing lots of support.
