Top-end Interior Design practice with 30 staff need a very special person to manage a wide ranging role and support the MD. Your remit will cover HR, travel/reception/filing of project papers, dealing with cleaning and other contractors and the general management of the infrastructure of the office. Health & Safety as well as security and even IT are all part of your job! So a good all-rounder who has worked in a creative environment and can start ASAP/or in 4 weeks would be ideal. You operate from Reception so your presentation and demeanour will be exceptional as there is much responsibility attached to this job and it is important to the practice. |
