This unusual job is working for the Board Directors at the HQ of a well known store group. It is not pressurised in any way but does necessitate good secretarial and IT skills, old fashioned manners and the ability to relate to one and all. It needs to be someone who has smart presentation, who has a brilliant sense of humour and is very down to earth but certainly with bags of savoir faire. Suit someone who is very friendly, has an uncomplicated home life, almost no overtime and who will be a good colleague to work with. Looking after travel for the Group MD and the Group FD and 4 others-this still will not fill your day, but you do meet all VIPS and get involved with a variety of tasks along with helping the overworked Chairman's PA. This job is only suited to someone who is MATURE and very calm, with many years experience and with much charm. |
