Stockbrokers in SW1 seek co-ordinator to support team of 18 and organise extensive roadshows. Organised and a perfectionist previous relevant experience vital. This is a fast, demanding environment, working to very tight deadlines, where there is very little room for error. Providing a very high level of administrative and secretarial support you will be responsible for organising intricate and complicated travel arrangements and managing very tight diaries for the Oil, Gas and Finance teams. Start Monday 14th June for 2 weeks.
