Jeffers Recruitment is managed by Lana Jeffers, a founding partner. Lana started
working at Hill Samuel (Banking, Insurance and Shipping Group) initially
managing their Recruitment Advertising and then a three site Recruitment Agency.
In 1975 she started MJR. Lana is fortunate to have found a job that she loves
and through which she gets to meet many interesting people.
She continues to
enjoy excellent working relationships with many of the same clients, 34 years
on. Lana’s experience in recruitment affords her an unmatched understanding of
the quality of candidate required by clients.

Chris has a BA Hons in English and has worked in recruitment for 8 years, her speciality being the music and entertainment industry, but she loves a challenge and so no job is too difficult to fill.
She is widely travelled and taught in Portugal for several years. She has regularly recruited in New York as well as London.

Megan joined us in 2009 and is responsible for running our office in South Kensington and ensuring that we are in good order in every sense on a day-to-day basis.
She also looks after our candidates beautifully and meets and
greets every visitor with warmth and charm.
