Jeffers Recruitment is managed by Lana Jeffers, a founding partner. Lana started
working at Hill Samuel (Banking, Insurance and Shipping Group) initially
managing their Recruitment Advertising and then a three site Recruitment Agency.
In 1975 she started MJR. Lana is fortunate to have found a job that she loves
and through which she gets to meet many interesting people.
She continues to
enjoy excellent working relationships with many of the same clients, 34 years
on. Lana’s experience in recruitment affords her an unmatched understanding of
the quality of candidate required by clients.

Rachel joined us in 2012 after a year acting in Los Angeles and where she attended the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. She has a BA Hons in Global Business Management and is partly educated in Portugal where her parents live. She handles permanent jobs here and is a brilliant researcher.

Harriet joined us in 2013 and has 2 years recruitment experience gained in Bristol where she placed all kinds of Engineers throughout UK. She passed her Psychology degree from Manchester University and is now responsible for temporary recruitment.
Shaunagh Darling

Shaunagh gained a BA Hons in History of Art & Ancient History and has studied History of Art in Italy and has been Gallery Manager in London for a year. A very competent photographer who also enjoys country pursuits. She is extraordinarily well organised and runs our office with cool efficiency.
