Jeffers Recruitment is managed by Lana Jeffers, a founding partner. Lana started
working at Hill Samuel (Banking, Insurance and Shipping Group) initially
managing their Recruitment Advertising and then a three site Recruitment Agency.
In 1975 she started MJR. Lana is fortunate to have found a job that she loves
and through which she gets to meet many interesting people. She continues to
enjoy excellent working relationships with many of the same clients, 34 years
on. Lana’s experience in recruitment affords her an unmatched understanding of
the quality of candidate required by clients.
Candice de Clerck

Candice
de Clerck joined Middleton Jeffers in 2005 and manages the Permanent Division. A
graduate with a BA in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University and a
post graduate diploma in Personnel Management, she worked within the
entertainment industry, prior to joining Middleton Jeffers, both for Polygram
and for a leading UK television and live comedy show producer. Working on
permanent placements, across all industry sectors, she particularly relishes the
opportunity to work on hard to fill roles.
Charlotte Hancock

Charlotte Hancock joined Middleton Jeffers in 2007 and runs the Temporaries
Division. Placing reliable, flexible and adaptable temporaries, that hit the
ground running, across all industry sectors is her forté, and she enjoys the
fast pace and variety in the roles she fills. Prior to joining Middleton
Jeffers, Charlotte spent a year with a city recruitment agency, managing key
accounts for blue chip clients. She has a BA in French from Manchester
University and speaks fluent French and Spanish and conversational German.
